Job Summary
Serve as the single-point, end-to-end owner and operator for a designated segment of the global real estate portfolio, fully accountable for defining the strategic roadmap and leading its execution.
Act as the integrated “GM” for the designated portfolio segment, managing the full lifecycle from OU strategy engagement through financial forecasting, business case development, project execution, delivery, and post-occupancy performance measurement.
Lead the development and rigorous review of business cases (capex and opex) for major investments, setting portfolio-driven KPIs to manage programs efficiently and presenting recommendations to OU and GRW senior leadership.
