As the largest and busiest Transfusion Medicine Department in New York, we set the standards for our field.
Under the direction of the Administrative Director of the Clinical Laboratory Services and the Director of Transfusion Medicine, the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance, inclusive of the Allen Hospital campus, with all departmental QA/QC, quality assurance programs, as well as Federal, State, and other regulatory agency requirements.
