Must-have

  • MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good Oral and Written Communication skills
  • Preparing formal reports and presentations
  • Comfortable reporting to the office Monday to Friday
  • Comfortable to do field work and face to face client meetings
  • Organized and capable of managing tasks efficiently

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge on basic financial concepts
  • Knowledge on Measures of return

Key Requirements

  • Experience using MS Office Applications
  • Experience in preparing formal reports and presentations
  • Knowledge on basic financial concepts (ROI, NPV) and Measures of return (Cap Rate, Yield) is preferred
