Job Summary
The role involves supporting the Supervisor and team in maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment to deliver SLAs and KPIs at a prestigious mixed-use site in London Mayfair.
The successful candidate will operate and troubleshoot diverse building systems including Building Management Systems, fire prevention, air conditioning, and high/low voltage switch panels.
Employee benefits include overtime pay rates of x1.5 on weekdays and x2 on weekends, plus 24 days of holiday pro-rated for shift workers.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Approved apprenticeship or appropriate experience within Building Services
Formal qualification in mechanical engineering
Experience as an end user of a Building Management Systems
Intermediate computer literacy using Windows Office applications
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a small team
Nice-to-have
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with report writing experience
Well-presented and approachable manner
Adaptable and flexible in approach to work required
Effective problem solving skills under pressure
Key Requirements
Previously Pressure systems Authorised Person
C&G or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
HND/HNC Qualified
Conversant with current Health and Safety legislation
