Our Consumer Protection , Product Liability , and Environment (CPPL E ) practice works with leading law firms and government agencies on matters involving alleged deceptive practices, product safety, labeling, advertising, and economic damages.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high‑visibility litigation and advisory engagements across a range of industries, including consumer products, technology, healthcare, and financial services.

Key Requirements
Ph.D in Economics
Minimum four years (4+) years of experience in economic and litigation consulting
Experience in doing surveys
Supported consumer protection and product liability cases
Strong background in microeconomics, industrial organization, applied econometrics, or consumer behavior
Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and statistical programming (Stata, R, Python, or similar)
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys and experiments
