  • Our Consumer Protection , Product Liability , and Environment (CPPL E ) practice works with leading law firms and government agencies on matters involving alleged deceptive practices, product safety, labeling, advertising, and economic damages.
  • This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high‑visibility litigation and advisory engagements across a range of industries, including consumer products, technology, healthcare, and financial services.

Key Requirements

  • Ph.D in Economics
  • Minimum four years (4+) years of experience in economic and litigation consulting
  • Experience in doing surveys
  • Supported consumer protection and product liability cases
  • Strong background in microeconomics, industrial organization, applied econometrics, or consumer behavior
  • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and statistical programming (Stata, R, Python, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys and experiments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
