Job Summary

  • The principal role is to provide excellent customer service within Ehrhorn Law Library by answering basic directional, technical, and research-related questions from all library patrons.
  • Maintains and cares for library spaces and resources by completing hourly counts, reshelving and shifting books, checking printer supplies, reading the shelves, updating legal texts, and cleaning the library.
  • Keeps a vigilant posture while staffing the Library Service Desk to identify patrons who may need assistance and/or those who may be exhibiting behavior that is problematic to others.
