Job Summary
The principal role is to provide excellent customer service within Ehrhorn Law Library by answering basic directional, technical, and research-related questions from all library patrons.
Maintains and cares for library spaces and resources by completing hourly counts, reshelving and shifting books, checking printer supplies, reading the shelves, updating legal texts, and cleaning the library.
Keeps a vigilant posture while staffing the Library Service Desk to identify patrons who may need assistance and/or those who may be exhibiting behavior that is problematic to others.
