Key Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours
  • 3 years of experience in a security Central Monitoring Station, Emergency Operations Center or security Dispatch Center as a front line leader
  • Experience responding to alarms
  • Monitoring hardware and/or software
  • Emergency Response protocols and processes
  • Ability to type 35-40 wpm
  • APCO Public Safety Telecommunicator 1 certification within 12 months
