The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is seeking a County Extension Agent for Family & Consumer Sciences/4-H to develop and implement community-based educational programs focusing on nutrition, family well-being, and youth development. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have strong skills in community engagement and program execution.

Job Summary
Conducts practical, community-based educational programs to empower individuals, families, and communities in the area of nutrition, family well-being, health, food safety, economic self-sufficiency and Youth Development.
Develops and executes an annual action plan based on issues identified by the programmatic Subcommittee(s) and personal observations, and plans, delivers and teaches educational programs, demonstrations, and activities that address the needs of the county’s clientele.
Employs effective evaluation techniques to measure the impact of county FCS and 4-H programs and compiles and communicates program results to the county advisory committee, Extension Council (if applicable), and county and state government officials on an annual basis.
