The IT Relationship Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with researchers and organizations, and raising awareness of OSC.
Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with faculty, universities, and other customers, recruiting and developing clients, and managing the relationship between IT service owners and their customers.
