Homestead Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with nursing personnel

Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing as necessary, and keep residents dry.
