Job Summary
The Aftermarket Operations Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end ownership of engine return-to-service (RTS) performance, service level agreement (SLA) compliance, and customer operational commitments.
This role ensures cross-functional coordination across Operations, Spare parts, Quality, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure timely engine clearance, contractual adherence, and global MRO performance.
