The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in AI, backend and frontend development, and a collaborative spirit to lead and mentor fellow engineers

Job Summary

  • Lead design sessions and translate architecture into implementation plans, conduct code reviews, and drive technical decisions within the POD.
  • Build, integrate, and maintain AI/ML capabilities in production, ensuring performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of models.
  • Deliver end-to-end features including UI, backend, APIs, and microservices, ensuring security, authentication, and performance optimization.

  • Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership experience with mentoring and coaching engineers
