The Division Director will provide strategic, operational, and technical leadership for a growing portfolio of research programs focused on intelligent human-machine systems.
This role requires managing a team of over 25 researchers while building relationships with key government sponsors including the Department of War and Intelligence Community.
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent experience and demonstrate success in leading complex R&D programs within national security environments.

Expertise in AI/ML systems and applications
Experience with DoW or Intelligence Community sponsors
Ability to obtain US security clearance

Background in sociotechnical systems
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Interdisciplinary research spanning technical and behavioral domains
Key Requirements
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of relevant leadership and R&D management experience
Must be able to obtain interim Secret security clearance
