The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and maintaining their comfort and safety.
This role requires you to observe and report any changes in resident condition, accidents, or incidents promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
