Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services at the adidas logistics locations in Greater China, with a primary focus on the major Distribution Center (DC) in Suzhou.
  • The primary mission is to ensure business continuity for logistics operations through a safe, clean, and technically resilient environment.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of assets, including planning for maintenance, repairs, and capital replacement, leveraging Building Management Systems (BMS) and IoT technology.
