Job Summary

• Oversee day-to-day commercial, industrial, roll-off, and transfer hauling operations across multiple sites within the assigned area, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant collection and transportation services.
• Drive performance across key metrics including route efficiency, asset utilization, driver productivity, service exceptions, overtime control, cost per route/ton, and safety performance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and local environmental regulations, monitor safety performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
