Job Summary
The Supervisor Technical Service is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a Dealer Technical Support Team including onboarding, training, and performance management.
This role requires answering inbound calls from Dealer Technicians, gathering documentation regarding product failure, and assisting in determining root causes by analyzing failure modes.
Candidates must possess strong knowledge of Generac products including air and liquid cooled units and various fuel systems such as gas, diesel, LP, and natural gas.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Associate's degree in related technical field
Four years related technical experience
One year experience leading or mentoring team
Solid foundation of basic mechanical and electrical theory
Strong knowledge of engine maintenance and troubleshooting
Nice-to-have
Bilingual Spanish language skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP
Ability to remain calm in high stress situations
Strong customer service skills

Pass current training with 90% score for all Technical Classes
