Job Summary

  • The role supports the Military OneSource mission by providing 24/7 support services to military members, their families, and eligible civilians worldwide.
  • Coaches deliver individual and group sessions utilizing Motivational Interviewing to help clients overcome barriers and achieve optimal health and wellness goals.
  • All services must be delivered in accordance with Council on Accreditation (COA) or Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) minimum requirements.
