Job Summary

  • The Regional Sales Director is responsible for overseeing sales production of multiple Area Offices in a given region and collaborating with the Head of Business Development to develop strategy and vision to meet sales goals.
  • Key responsibilities include achieving quarterly and/or annual sales quotas, understanding assigned territories, driving adoption of sales processes, and evaluating/improving sales performance of Area Solutions Managers.
  • The role requires travel to Area offices to communicate evolving strategic vision and cultivate company culture via the Shift4 Way, while also providing relationship management and sales support for significant accounts.
