Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Five years managing technical staff
  • Three years Identity and Access Management experience
  • Experience with Active Directory and LDAP
  • Expertise in Single Sign-On and MFA solutions
  • Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Nice-to-have

  • Microsoft Entra experience
  • Higher education or hospital environment background
  • Change management leadership skills
  • Understanding of privacy and security regulations
  • Ability to present technical topics to varied audiences

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, or business administration
  • At least five years of experience managing technical and operational staff
  • Three or more years of applicable experience in Identity and Access Management services
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
