Oversee 'Root Cause Failure Analysis' of equipment and provide guidance to ensure that recommendations are actionable and will resolve the issue.
Oversee and manage the development of all Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Minimum 12+ years' experience
Fluent in writing and reading English
Good knowledge of SAP system
Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management
Strong technical understanding of maintenance Planning management
Strong technical understanding of Reliability management
Strong technical understanding of root cause analysis(RCA)
Strong technical understanding of FMEA & RCM
Strong technical understanding of Cost benefit analysis
Good technical understanding of Quality management
