Job Summary

  • Acts as a key player in establishment and execution of strategic and tactical operational initiatives, directing a team dedicated to support of Residual Markets Operations.
  • Accountable to oversee and optimize operational effectiveness throughout the field and home office operations, identifying impediments and introducing change in business operational processes.
  • Responsible for development and leadership of staff, ensuring development/leadership plans are in place, and participating in major projects as assigned.
