Job Summary

  • Manage and coordinate machining activities and schedules within production and manufacturing and support industrial engineering, procurement, maintenance, and quality control to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
  • Recruit employees, train, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, provide training and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence, discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
  • Institute continuous improvement initiatives, good housekeeping practices, employee suggestion and involvement programs in conjunction with the LEAN approach using TPM, KATA, A3, 8D and other solution finding tools.
