Job Summary

  • Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment in order to provide competent technical support and training to Maintenance and Production personnel.
  • Trains all staff in structured problem-solving methods to be proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting and rectifying root causes of machine problems, using standardized methods and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering or technical field preferred
  • Eight or more years maintenance experience
  • Five or more years supervisory experience
  • Three or more years experience in regulated industries
  • Three or more years experience with CMMS systems
