Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in facility or property management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Industry certifications (FMA, RPA, SMA) preferred
  • LEED Green Associate or LEED AP certification desirable
  • Experience with property management software
