The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Administer treatments per care plan
Record vital signs and intake/output
Assist with lifting and transferring residents
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Effective communication with nursing staff
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
