The position requires establishing consistent sales cadence, leading install base analytics, and providing actionable insights to leadership to meet and exceed the Operating Plan.
It involves cross-functional orchestration, process optimization, and ownership of reporting tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to ensure data quality and performance transparency.

Key Requirements

Proven success in multi-country matrix organizations
Advanced analytical skills with Salesforce, Power BI, Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
