  • Maintain and elevate learning programmes, ensuring Qontoers access high-quality self-service content, group coaching, and tailored learning support.
  • Run and iterate group coaching sessions, including continued delivery for 2 Manager Academy modules, and support internal experts to design and structure trainings.
  • Build new learning content in Sana, adapted to Qonto’s culture and based on skill gaps and business needs, facilitating learning initiatives end-to-end.
