PwC Bermuda is seeking a Manager for its Risk & Quality team, responsible for ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory policies. The ideal candidate will have significant audit experience, be a qualified CPA/CA/ACCA or ACA, and possess strong project management skills

Job Summary

  • Assist internal teams to identify, mitigate, and control client engagement risks, providing advice to business teams within PwC on sound contract provisions, standards and approaches.
  • Apply strong project management skills and extensive audit knowledge and experience to promote and monitor compliance with applicable external laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the firm delivers its services to the highest quality standards, in compliance with internal and external risk and regulatory policy.

Key Requirements

  • Fully qualified CPA/CA/ACCA or ACA
  • Minimum of 6 years of recent successful Assurance/ Audit experience
  • Audit manager experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reviews
  • Up to date knowledge and experience with assurance and audit methodologies, IFRS, and US GAAP
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Big 4 audit/ assurance tools
