Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is responsible for meeting and greeting passengers, providing general communication, guiding, wayfinding, support to passengers, including those with additional needs across the Melbourne Airport precinct.
  • You will provide a high level of customer service to traveling passengers, assist passengers with queries relating to moving through the airport, and manage passenger flow at screening points to minimise queuing times.
