Job Summary
The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is responsible for meeting and greeting passengers, providing general communication, guiding, wayfinding, support to passengers, including those with additional needs across the Melbourne Airport precinct.
You will provide a high level of customer service to traveling passengers, assist passengers with queries relating to moving through the airport, and manage passenger flow at screening points to minimise queuing times.
