Job Summary

• Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Responsible for setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, patient monitoring, and documentation of treatment parameters.
• Supports infection control practices and participates in patient education and transitional care to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
