Job Summary

  • Oversees the complete contract lifecycle, including draft, review, and management of License Agreements for events at multiple venues.
  • Collaborates with internal departments, tracks required documents and payments, and acts as the primary liaison between the company, its corporate insurance carrier, and the State of Louisiana Office of Risk Management.
  • Prepares and distributes Event sheets for public events, uploads pertinent documents to the booking system, and updates exclusive sponsorships lists.
