Job Summary

• This position has primary financial responsibility for the De Puy Synthes Manufacturing Site in Cork, Ireland, including Manufacturing Accounting and Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Capital Investment Appraisal and Business Partnering with the sites operational teams.
• Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders, supervising the preparation of the annual Business Plan and quarterly forecasts, conducting financial analyses, influencing business partners for process improvements, and ensuring the integrity of financial information.
• The role requires leading and developing a staff of 4 in Cork, ensuring compliance with financial systems, policies, and processes, and actively participating in the development and implementation of the Cork site's strategic imperatives.

• 3rd Level Degree in a Business Related Field
• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• Minimum 10 Years Post Qualification Experience
