Job Summary
Lead site Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals by developing and implementing proactive EHSS systems.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on EHSS matters, providing input to the Plant Leadership Team and monitoring new regulations and industry standards.
Promote associate safety engagement through various initiatives, including safety committees, ergonomics, and behavioral-based safety programs.

Key Requirements
5-7 years of EHSS experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering field
CSP or CIH professional certifications preferred
First Aid, CPR, AED certifications preferred
PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic Safety Management Systems
