The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and the Nursing Service Procedures Manual to maintain quality care.
Employees must participate in facility surveys, develop care plans, and manage medication administration including narcotics and automatic stop orders.

Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights
Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license in state
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
