Salary
Base: $168,000 - $252,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Python, Go programming languages
Cloud computing (AWS, GCP)
Microservices and API development
Infrastructure as code
Nice-to-have
Agentic AI systems
LangChain and LangSmith familiarity
Large-scale ML data pipelines
Databricks, Sagemaker, Spark experience
Mentoring experience
Key Requirements
6 or more years of validated industry experience
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Proficiency with Python, Go, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
Experience running and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in production
