Job Summary

  • The Senior Associate will support clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters related to capital markets transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other related activities.
  • This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a high pressure, fast-paced work environment, serving the public interest and capital markets by providing quality assurance and advisory services.
