  • The Sales Executive Team is dedicated to navigating and managing a high performing sales culture in-person and/or virtually which contributes to the overall success of the Personal Insurance business.
  • As Regional Sales Director, you will lead a team of sales professionals within your territories to optimize growth, deliver success within Travelers' corporate values, and act as a brand ambassador.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or related field
  • Eight or more years insurance marketing and sales experience
  • Four or more years leadership experience
  • Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or willingness to pursue
  • Five years professional insurance sales experience
  • Must live in managed territory
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
