The Sales Executive Team is dedicated to navigating and managing a high performing sales culture in-person and/or virtually which contributes to the overall success of the Personal Insurance business.
As Regional Sales Director, you will lead a team of sales professionals within your territories to optimize growth, deliver success within Travelers' corporate values, and act as a brand ambassador.

Salary
Base: $139,400.00 - $230,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive awards; Benefits: Comprehensive compensation and benefits program

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or related field
Eight or more years insurance marketing and sales experience
Four or more years leadership experience
Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or willingness to pursue
Five years professional insurance sales experience
