Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Fluent in English and SEA languages
Flexible to travel
Knowledge of digital, PFI, software, and BIM
Experience in manufacturing or engineering functions

Prior commercial business experience
Strong business orientated mindset
Ability to lead and develop technical teams
Understanding of global safety processes
