Key Requirements
Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience
basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees
Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
Must be at least 18 years of age
Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred
High School equivalent education level
Proven ability to lead by example
Proven ability to problem solve
Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills
