Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3 year industrial mechanical/electrical experience
  • Two-year technical degree preferred
  • Process controls, instrumentation, and calibration knowledge
  • Servos and related controllers knowledge
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
  • Temperature controls knowledge
  • Ability to perform calibrations, installation and maintenance
  • Ability to perform mechanical work
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
  • Drive installation, maintenance, and parameterization knowledge
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify root causes
  • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures
  • Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist
  • Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Ability to work off shifts and overtime
