Job Summary

  • The Clinical Program Manager, Clinical Command Center is a Registered Professional Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner, who manages the 24 hour a day functions of health-system throughput, transfer center, quality, and delivery of care.
  • Responsible for assuring compliance with mandated clinical interventions inclusive of core measures within all system hospitals and entities.
  • Oversees daily Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) activities, which includes but is not limited to, policy and program development, staff training, patient assessments, patient throughput, managing patient emergencies and supporting patient-centered care.
