Job Summary
The CSE Engineer for Modernization provides technical support to the sales team to develop, sell and successfully implement KONE products and service solutions that meet customer’s needs.
You are responsible in taking ownership of the order handling process in terms of defining specifications, details, dimensions, AutoCad layout drawings and estimation of delivery times and costs, as well as managing any customer’s technical questions and supports the Sales and Operations teams with technical issues.
