Chanel is seeking a WFJ Client Strategy Manager in Seoul, South Korea, to lead customer experience strategies and CRM database management for its Watches & Fine Jewelry division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM and digital marketing, particularly in the luxury sector, and will be responsible for optimizing client journeys and enhancing engagement through data-driven insights

Job Summary

  • The WFJ Client Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading customer experience and communication strategies, as well as overseeing CRM database management to enhance client loyalty and retention for the Watches & Fine Jewelry division.
  • Design and continuously optimize end-to-end client journeys across acquisition, retention, and reactivation stages, and lead the implementation and automation of CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Analyze campaign and client data to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement, and partner closely with global & regional teams to ensure consistency and best practice sharing.
