Lifeguards at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion and RPAC Recreation Natatorium are a select group of highly trained rescuers responsible for supervising safety in and around the facility.
The position requires enforcing preventative measures, recognizing emergencies, performing required rescues, and guiding participants to safe behavior.
Staff have the opportunity to develop life and professional skills such as time management, responsibility, attention to detail, and adaptability while working with diverse groups.

Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification

Ability to work evenings weekends holidays
Minimum 12 hours per week availability

Key Requirements
