  • You will be responsible for discussing the requirements with the client, document requirements in Functional Specifications documents, map requirements to the product, perform gap analysis, identify product vs. client specific changes, derive Change Requests.
  • Support the development teams during the Build and Config phases, perform configurations, business validations. Support client during UAT, conduct trainings and work closely with Project Managers, SCRUM Masters.
