  • Key responsibilities include analyzing and managing regional shrink performance, detecting, investigating and resolving theft and fraud, and delivering shrink goals.
  • The RAPM reports directly to the Sr Field AP Manager and leads a field team of Multi-Store Asset Protection Managers (MAPMs), Sr. Asset Protection Supervisors and Asset Protection Specialists.
