Job Summary

  • The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster.
  • This individual will be responsible for pro-active sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking and final negotiations for open positions while being compliant with IRC’s Global Human Resources Operating Policies and Procedures (GHROPP).
  • The position requires close collaboration with Program coordinators, Program Managers, Hiring Managers, and all Hiring Managers within IRC Libya, as well as IRC Partners, schools/universities, and other NGO networks.
