Job Summary
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster.
This individual will be responsible for pro-active sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking and final negotiations for open positions while being compliant with IRC’s Global Human Resources Operating Policies and Procedures (GHROPP).
The position requires close collaboration with Program coordinators, Program Managers, Hiring Managers, and all Hiring Managers within IRC Libya, as well as IRC Partners, schools/universities, and other NGO networks.
