Job Summary

• You will lead in the planning, tender calling of consultancy/construction contracts, design review and supervision of a team of consultants and contractors in MPA's building and infrastructure projects.
• The key responsibilities include planning the overall project schedule and budgeting, leading the team of consultants, tracking and monitoring work progress, budgets and manage expenditures for the construction contracts.
• You will be involved in the whole project work cycle from project planning, budgeting, drafting technical specifications, tender calling, evaluating tender submissions, tracking progress of projects, project management and managing project expenditures throughout the project duration until the project is finalised and completed.
