  • It is the responsibility of the cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
  • The cook must maintain the kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner while preparing tasteful meals and special diets.
  • The role includes supervising dietary staff during absence of the supervisor and assisting with serving meals.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
  • Must remain in good standing with Department of Public Health
